Candle Magic Workshop

Candles have been used in ritual and intention work for generations, offering a simple, accessible way to focus energy, create moments of pause, and bring intention into everyday life.

This workshop is a beginner-friendly introduction to candle magic, designed to help you understand how candles can be used in both practical and ritual ways without needing complicated practices or prior experience.

Together, we’ll explore how colour, intention, timing and energy can all play a role in candle work, and how to incorporate simple candle rituals into your daily life in a way that feels grounded and achievable.

This workshop is both informative and hands-on, giving you the opportunity to actively work with candle magic in a supportive and welcoming space.

We will explore:

  • The basics of candle magic and how it works
  • Candle colours and their meanings
  • Setting intentions and working with energy
  • Simple rituals you can incorporate into everyday life
  • How to personalise candle practices so they feel natural and supportive
  • Using candle magic for release, clarity, confidence, protection and more

As part of the workshop, we will also complete a guided cord cutting ritual, a symbolic practice focused on release, boundaries and letting go of energy that no longer serves you.

Everything is guided step by step, and no prior experience is needed.

You will go home with:

  • A take-home candle magic kit
  • A booklet with information and guidance to continue your practice
  • Tools and techniques you can confidently use at home
  • Your completed cord cutting ritual experience and reflections

This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about candle magic, intention setting, or creating simple rituals that bring more mindfulness and meaning into everyday life.

  • All materials provided, feel free to bring a notebook and pen.

If you do need to bring anything (like your own journal or crystal pouch), it will be clearly listed on the booking page. You are always welcome to bring your own crystals or personal items to charge or use during ritual workshops.
Do you offer private group workshops or parties?

Yes! We host custom workshops and private bookings for hens nights, baby blessings, birthdays, corporate wellness events, friendship gatherings and more. You choose the theme (such as spell jars, candle magic, smudge wand making, painting, tea blending etc.), and we create an unforgettable experience. Minimum numbers apply. Contact us to start planning your magical event.
