If you’ve spent any time in the shop, chances are you’ve met Dylan. He is our detail-loving Virgo with a soft spot for all things a little bit magical and a lot unique.
Dylan’s crystal loves are Labradorite and Moldavite (because transformation + intuition is very on brand), and he has a serious appreciation for mushrooms, the weird, wonderful, and wildly fascinating kind.
As a Virgo, Dylan thrives on organisation, intention, and doing things just right (yes, perfection is absolutely expected). When he's not in the shop, he is out in the community supporting people to access services and opportunities that help them reach their goals, which is exactly the energy he brings into The Witchy Nook.
Fun fact: Dylan’s journey here started as our very first customer… then markets… then helping with everything, and now he is a core part of the magic that keeps the shop running smoothly.

Warm, knowledgeable, and always up for a good crystal chat, Kelly brings a whole lot of heart to The Witchy Nook.
Choosing just one favourite crystal? Not a chance. Kelly firmly believes different crystals are needed for different seasons, situations, and chapters of life. That said… she does have a soft spot for Moonstone, Smoky Quartz, Malachite, Selenite, and Black Tourmaline, a mix of intuition, grounding, protection, and transformation.
Kelly’s favourite place in the shop is the jewellery cabinet, and her youngest daughter always knows when a new piece has come home. Her husband, however… may or may not notice, so if you ever need to keep a jewellery purchase on the down-low, Kelly is more than happy to help.
She loves connecting with customers, chatting crystals, and helping people find pieces that feel right for them, whether it’s something meaningful, magical, or just a little treat for yourself.
Fun fact: Kelly is a tragic St. George supporter (it’s a full family affair), and ticking off a bucket-list item this year by heading to the ANZAC Day game is high on the list.
Soph is all about creativity, colour, and loving what you love loudly and unapologetically.
Her crystal picks are Amethyst and Flower Agate, calm, creative, and softly powerful, much like Soph herself. One of her favourite things about the shop is our hand-picked, one-of-a-kind pieces, because no two are ever the same (and that’s exactly how it should be).
A proud Taurus, Soph loves all things 80s/90s, the colour green, cats, and expressing herself through creativity. She believes in being your true, authentic self, no shame, no shrinking, just showing up exactly as you are.
When she's not in the shop, Soph is usually deep in a film obsession, soaking up the magic and artistry of cinema… because movies aren’t just movies… they’re an art form,

Colleen brings a calm, steady energy to The Witchy Nook, the kind that makes people feel instantly at ease.
Her crystal favourites are Tiger’s Eye (all three types, because why choose just one?) and Amethyst, grounding and intuitive stones that reflect her thoughtful nature. While she loves the shop as a whole, the apothecary is where Colleen truly feels at home. Learning about herbs, their uses, and how people connect with them is something she finds endlessly fascinating.
A Virgo with a Leo Rising, Colleen is a perfectionist in her own unique way, detail-focused, but guided by warmth rather than rigidity. She may be quiet at first, but she’s an incredible listener and genuinely loves helping people when she can.
Outside the shop, Colleen is happiest surrounded by animals (cats and dogs are a must!) and spending time with her grandchildren, which says everything about her nurturing, big-hearted energy.
