We offer generous wholesale pricing designed to give you strong retail margins while staying accessible and competitive for your customers. Our wholesale discount ranges from 40-50%. 
What is your turnaround time?

As everything is handcrafted in small batches, our standard turnaround time is 7 business days, depending on order size and current production volume. 
Do your products have use-by dates or recommended shelf life?

Yes - teas and bath salts come with guidance on best-before timeframes. Crystals and ritual kits do not expire, but are kept fresh through careful storage and handling. 
Can I order individual blends/kits or mixed categories?

Absolutely. We want you to curate the perfect selection for your space

What is your minimum order?

We keep our minimum order low to support boutique retailers, small businesses, and first-time stockists. We tailor our order minimums to make sure our curated product selection suits your space. 
How does shipping work?

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or Aramex. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight. 
Do you provide product information cards?

Yes! Each kit, jar, and blend includes an info card to help your customers understand how to use the product. 
Do you offer custom kits or collaborative products?

Yes - custom bundles, event packs, or cobranded collections are available upon request. 
Are your products beginner-friendly?

Yes! Every item is designed to be simple, supportive, and easy for customers to understand even if they're brand new to witchy or ritual work.
