Self-care doesn't have to be time consuming, expensive, or another thing on your to do list.
This workshop is designed for real life, busy schedules, full minds and people who want simple, supportive practices they can actually fit into their day.
Together, we will explore gentle, accessible ways to care for your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and create moments of pause without pressure or perfection.
This is not about "doing more" or fixing yourself, it's about learning how to soften, slow down, and support yourself in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
Together we will explore:
- What self-care really is (and what it definitely is not)
- How to create small, meaningful self-care practices that work with your lifestyle
- Simple tools using breath, intention, herbs, candles and everyday objects
- Ways to personalise self-care so it feels nourishing rather then forced
- How to bring moments of calm into busy or overwhelming days
This workshop focuses on creating gentle rituals of rest, grounding and reconnection, whether that's a two-minute pause, a grounding practice between tasks, or a simple way to unwind at the end of the day.
No experience is needed, and there is no "right" way to practice. You'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately.
If you're craving more calm, balance and intention in your life, without adding another thing to your plate, this workshop is for you.
