At The Witchy Nook, we want you to love what you receive. Whether it’s a crystal companion, herbal tea blend, or one of our magical handmade creations. We take pride in packing your goodies with care and intention, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products including herbal goods, teas, handmade ritual kits, and custom blends, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on any items. Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions, we’re always happy to help guide you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We quality check every item before it leaves our hands, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll offer one of the following:

A replacement (if stock is available)

A refund back to your original payment method

We may request the return of the item depending on the situation.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first. If it seems lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they’ve been dispatched, we’ll always do what we can to assist.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom tea blends, spell jars, ritual kits, and personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. These are crafted just for you and are final sale.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
