Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $14 Australia-wide

Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $100

Express Shipping: $25 (select at checkout if available)
Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier but generally take an additional 2–8 business days after dispatch.

We ship via Australia Post or Aramex, depending on what’s most efficient for your location.
Tracking
Every parcel includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within a reasonable timeframe, reach out and we’ll happily look into it for you.
Local Pickup
Local to Port Macquarie? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our shop at:

You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready to collect!
Digital Products
If you’ve purchased a digital product (like a downloadable booklet, gift card, or workshop ticket), it will be delivered via email or instant download.
Digital items are non-refundable and not physically shipped.
Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in the care of the courier, but we’re always here to help chase it up if things go awry.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with Neighbours or your local post office first. Then contact us and we’ll investigate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or natural disasters (or Mercury retrograde), but we’ll always do our best to resolve issues.
Shipping Limitations
We currently ship within Australia only.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes for large or bulky items.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct, we cannot refund or resend parcels due to incorrect addresses.
