We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, especially if Mercury’s in retrograde and you're being dodgy.
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise the stars will always align, occasional typos or inventory errors may happen.
Products & Services
All of our handmade and metaphysical items are offered in good faith and created with care and intention. However, they are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.
By purchasing from The Witchy Nook, you acknowledge that our products are for entertainment, educational, spiritual and self-care purposes only.
Results from spiritual tools (e.g. crystals, herbs, readings, spells, teas) are not guaranteed, as every person’s path is different. Your magic is your own.
Custom Orders
Custom tea blends, spell kits, and other made-to-order items are lovingly crafted just for you. As such, they are non-refundable and final sale unless damaged or faulty (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that doesn’t align with our values or offerings.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Once your parcel has been posted, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services or third parties.

All payments are processed securely via our payment partners. We do not store your payment details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

If you create an account with us:

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including if we suspect fraud, stock errors, misuse of discount codes, or if your energy is just way off. If this happens, we’ll contact you ASAP and refund any payments made.

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your details to anyone (not even the fae).
