Wheel of the Year Workshop
The seasons affect more than just the weather.
They influence our energy, emotions, routines, and the natural rhythms we move through throughout the year.
The Wheel of the Year is a way of reconnecting with those seasonal cycles through intention, reflection and simple ritual practices.
This workshop is a gentle introduction to the Wheel of the Year, exploring the eight seasonal festivals and how they can be adapted in a grounded, modern and meaningful way, especially here in the Southern Hemisphere.
Together, we’ll explore how each season carries its own energy and how working with those shifts can help you feel more connected, balanced and intentional throughout the year.
This workshop is focused on making seasonal practices feel approachable and realistic, rather than overwhelming or overly complicated.
We will explore:
- What the Wheel of the Year is and where it comes from
- The eight seasonal festivals and what they represent
- Working with the seasons in the Southern Hemisphere
- How energy naturally shifts throughout the year
- Simple rituals, traditions and practices for each season
- Ways to celebrate the changing seasons in everyday life
- Creating seasonal intentions and meaningful traditions
This workshop is about reconnecting with nature, slowing down and becoming more aware of the cycles happening around and within us.
No prior knowledge is needed, and everything is guided step by step.
You will go home with:
- A booklet with information about each seasonal festival
- Practical ideas and rituals to continue exploring at home
- A deeper understanding of seasonal energy and cycles
- Inspiration for creating your own personal seasonal traditions
This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to feel more connected to the seasons, create meaningful rituals throughout the year, or better understand the natural cycles that influence our lives.
Whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your understanding, this is a welcoming space to learn, reflect and explore at your own pace.
